	Kirkcaldy 1024 x 768 62K	Taken from the top of the Pentland Hills. Edinburgh and Arthur's Seat are in the shade, but across the Firth of Forth, Kirkcaldy is in the sunshine.

	Craigesk 1 609 x 768 128K	Craigesk Dancing is the sign above the entrance to this establishment, long since closed. This was situated under the railway viaduct between Eskbank and Newtongrange near Edinburgh.
	Craigesk 2 657 x 1024 192K	This shot makes use of reduced depth of field. I opened up the lens in order to throw the background out of focus. I scanned the original negative again in July 2005 and obtained an improved image with more detail.

	Forth View 1024 x 768 75K	A gloomy, dreich day in Edinburgh. Further north however, behind Arthur's Seat and the Firth of Forth, the sun shines brightly on the Kingdom of Fife.
	Lasswade 0 800 x 600 100K	Another use of depth of field with the bridge over the North Esk in soft focus. An old negative scanned recently.
	Maiden Castle Polton 645 x 1024 277K	Photographed in the late '70s or early '80s when there was still some activity at the factories / warehouses beside Polton Bank. The car was probably stolen by joyriders before being dumped here. These buildings have long since disappeared. The area is to be a park / nature reserve soon. Original negative scanned again in 2005.
