In the foreground is the small grassy area at the corner of Marchmont Road and Melville Drive, next to the pedestrian crossing to Jawbone Walk. It's covered in dandelions in this picture now that the daffodils are finished.

Clouds seem to reflect infrared light as well as leaves but blue sky appears quite dark. This magnificent tree is opposite Melville Terrace.

This is the footpath leading from the Marchmont Road / Melville Drive junction up Bruntsfield Links towards Whitehouse Loan and Bruntsfield. In 2006 signs appeared naming this path as Leamington Walk.
